We donate our Christmas budgets, income from book sales, and voluntary contributions for rehabilitation manuals to support nuns in Burundi who care for those in extreme need. These nuns provide essential care and assistance to individuals who lack basic necessities and are often marginalized by society.
Many of these individuals are suffering from extreme poverty, illness, and other forms of hardship, and have nowhere else to turn for help.
The nuns’ work involves providing basic necessities such as food, shelter, and medical care to those in need, as well as offering emotional and spiritual support to help individuals cope with their challenges. They often work tirelessly to ensure that everyone in their care receives the attention and care they require, even in difficult circumstances.
Overall, the nuns in Burundi are an inspiration and a true embodiment of selflessness and compassion. Their tireless efforts to care for those in need demonstrate the power of compassion and the positive impact that can be made through small acts of kindness.
